History - While in recent years Robotic mowers have gained in popularity, Husqvarna has recently celebrated its 25th anniversary of the revolutionary Automower®. Wire-free installation available - The Automower® NERA range coupled with the Husqvarna EPOS™ GPS kit offers customisable lawn maintenance by creating virtual boundaries through satellite based technology, instead of physical wires. (purchased separately)

Automower® Zone Control - Feature that allows you to easily create work areas with different settings and temporary stay-out zones. You have more control over the lawn to apply different schedules and cutting heights to each area or prevent the robotic mower from mowing at all in some areas.

Object detection and avoidance - A built-in radar assists the mower in detecting and avoiding objects reducing the risk of unplanned stops and a faster overall ground speed meaning more ground is covered. The detection mode reduces the speed to soften collisions and the avoidance mode makes the mower turn away to avoid impact.

Automower® Connect app - Download the app to your smartphone to easily send start, stop, and park commands and check or adjust settings. It will also show the user relevant information about the mower along with helpful tips and advice for example when it comes time to replace blades. Get detailed statistics regarding runtime, distances, charging time, performance alerts, and more.

GPS-assisted navigation (PATENTED) - The onboard GPS creates a map of your lawn including where the boundary and guide wires are installed. It also registers which area of your lawn it has covered and adjusts the mowing pattern accordingly to ensure optimised coverage of the unmown area with a pleasing cutting result.

Smart Home integration - Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and IFTTT for convenient voice control and status updates.

GPS theft protection - Equipped with GPS tracking to monitor the mower’s current position and minimise the risk of theft. Define a GeoFence area within the app and you will be notified if the mower is moved outside this.

Automower® Access - The new Automower Access user interaction with high-resolution colour display, jog wheel, and status indicators provides an intuitive yet sophisticated way of controlling your mower. This integrates with the Automower® Connect app for a seamless user experience.

Husqvarna AIM Technology - This feature creates a virtual map of your lawn area which can be viewed on the app as well as the boundary or guide wires if applicable. The user can use the app to create work areas with different height settings or stay-out zones.

Automower® X-Line - The X-Line is Husqvarna’s most fully featured range for top-of-the-line features. These include Automower® Connect with GPS theft tracking, GPS assisted navigation, LED headlights, front rubber bumper and X-Line body design.

Rewilding mode - Create a stay-out zone within the mowing area should you have a landscaping project or another reason to not mow a portion of your property.

FOTA - Firmware-Over-The-Air to easily make software updates through the App to enable new features or updates when available.

Automatic passage handling (PATENTED) - The Automower® will sense narrow passages and navigate its way through. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid leaving wheel tracks.

Weather timer - Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s rate of growth. The Automower® will maximise mowing time in periods of high grass growth. Late in the season or in dry conditions, the mower will spend less time mowing decreasing wear on the lawn and mower.

Spot cutting mode - A mode to quickly mow a limited area of longer grass. Especially useful for areas beneath garden furniture and other obstacles when moved. Simply place the mower in the desired area and choose spot cutting mode. The mower will resume cutting in tight spirals and when finished resume automatic mode.

Target height - For improved lawn quality, Target Height lowers the cutting height automatically from MAX to a defined height over a 10-day period.ng mode –

Spiral cutting - Automatic cutting function to level grass height differences. The cutting disc sensors detect when the mower enters areas with longer grass and changes the cutting to a systematic spiral pattern.

Profiles - Create several profiles with individual settings making it easier to share the mower between numerous locations. This makes it easy to switch between different setups via the menu on the mower.
