Husqvarna R 214TC Rider

The recently upgraded R 214TC is an efficient, versatile and easy to operate Rider mower to care for small to medium sized lawns. Featuring a twin cylinder engine and Bioclip® mulching for lawn fertilization and rear ejection for cutting longer and tougher grass.

Pivoting rear axle - Providing superior balance and allows machine to get maximum traction on the driving wheels for a smooth ride on uneven surfaces.

Comfortable driver’s position - The Rider’s low centre of gravity contributes to extra traction coupled with a ‘sit in’ feeling for the user and great visibility with the out-front mowing deck. The adjustable height on the steering stem customises the driving position to suit all users.

BioClip® - The combi deck offers versatility of two cutting systems. Choose between the BioClip® mulching standard system for lawn fertilization or change to rear ejection for mowing areas with longer growth and rougher surface. This easily done by flipping the deck to the service position and removing 3x bolts. The mulching action provides an excellent cut and finish on regulary mowed areas. The grass is cut into fine pieces and quickly decomposes and returns to the lawn as a natural fertiliser and helps retain moisture promoting a healthier lawn.

Service position - In a few simple steps the user can tilt the cutting deck to almost 90 degrees for easy cleaning, removal of mulch insert and servicing.

Front-mounted cutting deck - Cutting deck mounted out in front of operator allowing for mowing right into corners and under bushes and other obstacles.

Automatic blade engagement - Blades are automatically engaged when the cutting deck is lowered

Articulated steering - Allows the rear wheels to swing underneath machine providing a very tight turning circle and superior manoeuvrability. This allows the user to follow the lawn edge for a tidy finish and even get under trees and shrubs where a conventional Ride-On will not get close to. Only a 30cm uncut circle at full lock!

4 Large wheels - 4x large wheels front and back provide optimal riding comfort, accessibility and less risk damaging delicate surfaces.

Anti-scalping - Anti-scalp wheels on cutting deck to avoid the risk scalping undulating and uneven lawns. The design of the mowing deck moves within the frame to allow it to hug the ground area for a tidy finish.

Engine behind driver - Thanks to the rear mounted engine the user gets a better overview of the mowing area and less noise and emissions from the drivers’ area.

Easy-access height cutting lever - Easy to reach adjustable height cutting lever with 10 different height cutting steps for simple adjustment whilst mowing.

Pedal operated automatic Transmission - Speed and direction are managed by pedals, which lets you keep both hands on the steering wheel, for optimum driving control.

Hour meter - Hour meter as standard serves the user in having accurate control over the service intervals.

Easy access controls - All operator controls are easily accessible and designed for optimum user comfort.

Turn key start - Easy to start and use with no choking needed, just turn the key, set the revs and go.

Storage compartment - Open storage compartment at rear of footwell with bottle holder one side for refreshments and small garden tools.

Visible fuel level - Transparent fuel tank makes it easy to check fuel level
