Cast iron - Manufactured from cast iron with a matt vitreous enamelled finish this hotplate will effectively retain heat for even cooking and is also rust proof.

Reversible - One side smooth and one side griddle. Have a fantastic breakfast fry up of bacon, eggs and pancakes then use the other side for fish, steak, sausages and veggies.

Ease of use - Simply sit in the firebox in place of the existing grill.
