High heat output - Exceptional high-heat output allows you to cook with the hood up or down. Comes standard with three cooking grills and three individually controlled burners. You can fire up all three burners to easily cater for a crowd or simply use one or two when just cooking a few treats.

Powerful burners - The twin grill Ziggy boasts 3x individually controlled burners allowing a range of cooking options. Roast with the lid down getting to 250 degrees on no time flat, grill with the lid up for your party snacks, turn one or two burners off for indirect heat or save on gas for small meals. The options are endless!

Flame tamer - All Ziggy grills include a ‘flame tamer’ which act to stop oil and fat falling directly onto the burners avoiding flare-ups.

Cooking versatility - Triple the grills equals triple the versatility, thanks to some clever optional accessories. Replace a side grill with the reversible hotplate and use the smooth side for a fry up of bacon and eggs, the griddle side for a seafood lunch. Drop the reversible trivet in place of the middle grill as a support for the Ziegler & Brown wok – perfect for stir-fry dishes. Turn the trivet over and it becomes a raised support for convection baking on the pizza stone.

Unique hood design - The high-domed hood is unique to Ziegler and Brown. At 220mm high there is ample room for roasting whole chicken, beef, 2 roasts at once and can even fit a whole turkey or standing rib roast with vegetables on the side.

Roasting hood - Features a cool to touch handle and temperature gauge to get the BBQ to your optimum temperature

Hood finish - Exterior is finished with a high temperature resistant glass coating, easy to keep clean with a quick wipe over!

Ignition - Ziggy grills all come with their signature flame thrower to light first time and saves frustration. If one burner goes out the other will automatically re-light it.

Drip cup - Removable drip cup for gathering fat and easy cleaning

Cooking grills - Manufactured from matt vitreous enamelled cast iron. Retains heat effectively, rust protected and fits into your dishwasher for easy clean up.

Hotplates - Pancakes, eggs, bacon, a cook up brekky – use the optional centre or side hotplate.
