Fuel injection - The fuel injection technology provides a more dynamic fuel delivery than a carburettor engine, allowing faster adaption for various conditions and increased performance. The design stays lightweight and slim, with fewer components in the air filter area. It offers a faster trigger response, higher productivity, and improved fuel efficiency.

Simple start technology - The technology provides an easy and consistent starting procedure, whether the engine is cold or warm. Automatic adjustments to the balance between fuel and air ensure the ideal mix, keeping the engine running smoothly.

Outboard clutch - The outboard clutch allows the drive sprocket to be placed between the clutch system and the crankcase, bringing the guide bar nearer to the centre of gravity. This results in a narrow chainsaw body and improves the balance of the saw, which is especially beneficial when limbing.

Short stroke engine - The short-stroke engine design results in an compact product with low-weight and low disturbance forces, enabling high performance and durability. This is achieved through a low cylinder, short stroke length for the piston, a short connecting rod, a small crankshaft, and by that, a slim crankcase.

Slimmed-down design - The low, slender body makes the chainsaw easy and convenient to handle in any situation.

Lightweight muffler - Less weight in the saw reduces the strain on your body and makes the saw nimbler. The lightweight muffler adds to your comfort and work efficiency without making a fuss.

Bar length - The powerful engine in combination with the large bar mount, sturdy crankcase and sufficient chain oiling provides an ability to carry longer bars if required.

Magnetic filter - A magnetic filter inside the fuel hose effectively prevents metal particles from reaching the fuel delivery system and engine, minimising wear and job interruptions.

Air injection - Husqvarna air injection system filters 98% of incoming dust providing full working days with maintained performance and less engine wear.

Flip-up caps - Flip-up tank caps design for easy refilling, even when wearing gloves.

Snap-lock cylinder cover - Quick-release snap-lock on top cover for easy access under top cover when cleaning or changing plug & filter.

Fuel window - 2K moulded fuel window for easy checking and reducing the risk of running dry.

LowVib® Technology - Effective vibration dampeners absorb vibration, sparing the users arms and hands when used for long periods.

X-Cut® Chain - Husqvarna’s own chainsaw chain is designed, built, and tested in Sweden. Made for outstanding productivity, the chain offers superior cutting efficiency, sharpness that lasts and less need for tensioning.

Captive bar nuts - The retaining function of the bar nuts mean they stay attached to the side cover, even when loosened.

Felling sight - The felling sight in made to last the products lifetime being part of the saws molding.
