- Wire-free installation – The Automower® NERA range coupled with the Husqvarna EPOS™ offers customisable lawn maintenance through creating virtual boundaries through satellite based technology, instead of physical wires.

- Automower® Zone Control – Feature which allows you to easily create work areas with different setting and temporary stay-out zones. You have more control over the lawn to apply different schedules and cutting heights to each area or prevent the robotic mower from mowing at all in some areas.

- Automower® Connect – Download the app to your smartphone to easily send start, stop, park commands and check or adjust settings. It will also show the user relevant information about the mower along with helpful tips and advice for example when it comes time to replace blades. - Automatic passage handling (PATENTED) – The Automower® will sense narrow passages and navigate its way through. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid leaving wheel tracks.

- Target height – For improved lawn quality, Target Height lowers the cutting height automatically from MAX to a defined height over a 10-day period.

- Spot cutting mode – A mode to quickly mow a limited area of longer grass. Especially useful for areas beneath garden furniture and other obstacles when moved. Simply place the mower in the desired area and choose spot cutting mode. The mower will resume cutting in tight spirals and when finished resume automatic mode.

- Spiral cutting – Automatic cutting function to level grass height differences. The cutting disc sensors detect when the mower enters areas with longer grass and changes the cutting to a systematic spiral pattern. This is especially useful for areas like beneath garden furniture if it needs to be moved.

- Profiles – Create several profiles with individual settings making it easier to share the mower between numerous locations. This makes it easy to switch between different setups via the menu on the mower.

- Electric height adjustment – PATENTED – Electric cutting height adjustment makes it convenient to set the desired height via the app remotely.

- Cleaning – Easily wash the exterior and base of the mower with a garden hose. Removable top cover for further easy access.

- Cutting system – Unique to the Automower®, it is equipped with 3 pivoting razor blades manufactured from strong carbon steel and mounted on a robust cutting disc. It is designed to cut a little, but frequently, providing efficient operation and very low energy consumption. The sharp blade cuts cleanly through the grass promoting a healthier lawn when compared to the duller action of heavy bar blades on petrol machines.

- 50% Slope capable – The large coarse-tread wheels provide excellent traction even if the surface is slippery. The mower will handle a slope angle of 50% going places many other petrol-powered options won’t. The patented non-fixed front axis increases the maneuverability and improves rough terrain performance.

Husqvarna RS1 Reference Station - A reference station for the satellite-based EPOS™ technology that enables wire free boundaries for robotic lawn mowers, resulting in completely customisable lawn maintenance.
